Maintenance Information Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift (5:45 AM – 2:30 PM)

What You’ll Do
- Manage plant maintenance master data in SAP (CMMS).
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for plant equipment.
- Create and modify preventive maintenance plans to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in spare parts inventory for new equipment.
- Develop, track, and report maintenance KPIs to measure performance.
- Train and onboard new maintenance employees.
- Maintain essential audit documentation and compliance standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal maintenance coordination.
What You’ll Bring
- 10 years of maintenance experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with familiarity in machinery spare parts.
- Experience with SAP or CMMS systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to improve maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be interacting with various departments daily.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field (preferred).
- Prior mechanic or electrician experience is a big plus.
Work Environment
This role involves both office-based coordination and plant-floor interaction. While performing the duties, you may be exposed to mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.
