Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the variety of outgoing invoicing methods that a Managed Service Provider requires and streamlining those processes. The candidate would work with existing bookkeeping staff that presently performs other accounting functions, including presently collections. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles to effectively manage accounts receivable processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience working in the IT industry is a plus but not required.
