What You'll Do :
- Oversee and schedule preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Act as a key point of contact for maintenance planning, working closely with engineers and technicians.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machinery and facilities issues.
- Assist with the training and development of maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA, NFPA, and EPA standards .
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reliability and production performance.
