Sanitation Leader – 3rd Shift

Sunday–Thursday | 3rd Shift (Starts 9:45 PM)

As a Sanitation Leader on the third shift, you'll step into a critical role that blends hands-on cleaning with team leadership in a fast-paced, food manufacturing facility. You’ll lead and support sanitation team members, ensure food safety practices are executed flawlessly, and be a key player in quality audits, internal inspections, and continuous improvement projects.
You’ll get to:
- Take charge of sanitation processes across production equipment and facility areas.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions for quality issues.
- Coach and develop your team, assess performance, and contribute to long-term employee growth.
- Work directly with internal auditing, environmental monitoring, and food safety programs.
- Support and occasionally step into the shoes of the department manager when needed.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous leadership experience in food manufacturing sanitation or quality roles.
- Is comfortable supervising and rolling up their sleeves alongside the team.
- Can think critically, organize tasks, and communicate well across departments.
- Can work nights and weekends when needed, and values punctuality and accountability.
- Has or is willing to get certifications in SQF or related programs.
You’ll be working in a clean, modern facility with safety and sanitation at the core of everything we do.
Salary : $28 - $30
