Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sanitation team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement sanitation procedures in compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on sanitation best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sanitation-related issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure continuous improvement in sanitation practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its application.
- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations related to food safety.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
