Food and Beverage Manager

The award-winning The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager! Located in the beautiful Golden Isles, The King and Prince Resort is a TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice award winner and has been operating for 85 years. We are looking for someone to not only continue this tradition of excellence but to enhance the guest experience.

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees team members in all aspects of restaurant operations and service as well as supporting the Banquets department and other outlets. Additional responsibilities include conducting day-to-day shift operation; maintaining food and beverage items according to hotel standards; team member training; coordinating with other departments to ensure that business runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience leading a team in a restaurant or equivalent outlet, be a great communicator and can develop team members while being available as needed including some weekends and evenings.
