General Job Description:
Provide food and beverage management services to our private club members and their guests. The focus of this position is member satisfaction and the F&B team success.
The manager will lead dining shifts or events from start to finish. Keys to your success in this role are positive interactions with our membership, service staff/ culinary team enhancing communications to ensure proper service/food offerings while maintaining a clean and professional environment.

The manager is responsible for timely member greeting, beverage and food order accuracy and delivery. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure billing accuracy and chit management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily Operations: Responsible for communicating, updating and sharing food specials, event information, service standards, scheduling and other information necessary to make certain the service staff has a successful shift.
- Well versed on all menus, services, and offerings.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and uncluttered dining area with clean sight lines.
- Member interactions and greetings.
- Point of Sale System maintenance to ensure billing accuracy.
- Engaging Member/Guest communications and hospitality.
- Seek out opportunities to provide exceptional member and guest services.
- Exemplifies and teaches the 10 steps of service
- Create an orderly operation: ordering, restocking, facility work orders, POS key functions, billing.
- Communicate with clarity, politeness, and kindness.
- Reports the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Budget Responsibilities include cost containment for labor, expenses and waste avoidance.
- Responsible for generating revenue opportunities through creative/new items, services, events or special promotions.
- Establishes and maintains a friendly and positive demeanor while interacting with members, guests and staff.
- This is a working manager role who is ready to "jump in" and assist as needed.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
