Job Description:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of cannabis orders. This role is vital to delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining inventory accuracy in a highly regulated environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and label cannabis products according to customer orders and compliance requirements.
Verify order details, including product types, quantities, and packaging standards.
Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to management promptly.
Ensure all orders meet legal and regulatory requirements, including age verification and seed-to-sale tracking.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Communicate with operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in restocking and organizing inventory as needed.
Conduct final checks on orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Address customer issues related to order fulfillment promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or cannabis-related fields are a plus.
Experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role..
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Salary: $18 per hour
