Nurse Manager / Unit Manager
We are looking for a Unit Manager / Nurse Manager to join our team! The Unit Manager / Nurse Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing the care needs of assigned residents and ensuring the highest quality of care delivery at all times in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and caring. The Unit Manager / Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading, supervising, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and King David Policies and Procedures.
Unit Manager / Nurse Manager Essential Qualifications :
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Must be clinically and professionally current and competent in knowledge and practice to ensure delivery of quality care.
Commitment to the care of the elderly.
Must be able to interact appropriately with families, residents and staff.
Must be able to interact on a professional level with all departments.
Must be able to act as a role model for all staff members under scope of management.
Must have skilled nursing care experience.
