Job Title: Subcontract Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, in-office 5 days per week
Salary: $55k - $65k, based on experience and qualifications
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Subcontract Administrator to join our team. The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and maintaining effective communication with subcontractors. The following requirements are specific to subcontracts under Federal Government Prime Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc., ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and compliant with company policies and legal standards. Coordinate with legal when necessary.
- Compliance: Monitor subcontractor compliance with contract terms, company policies, and relevant regulations. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all subcontract agreements, amendments, representations and certifications and related documentation to include certificates of insurance and annual documentation updates.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and facilitating effective communication between subcontractors and internal teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with subcontract agreements and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on subcontractor performance, contract status, and any issues or concerns for management review. Prepare and submit all government required annual reporting in the various government systems.
- Other: Assist the Contract Administrator or Director of Contracts as needed in maintaining prime contract documentation, entering data into the accounting system, organizing files, etc. Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Government Contracting working in subcontract administration, contract administration, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to clearly communicate by all spoken and written means.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing subcontract agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
- Experience using ERP software such as CostPoint, Jamis, NetSuite.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
