LHH is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Subcontract Administrator to join our growing team in the construction industry. This is a key role that supports the successful execution of complex construction projects by managing subcontractor relationships, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. The company is located close to Downtown Fort Worth and targeting pay on a direct hire basis of $65,000-70,000.
What You'll Do :
Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of subcontracts from start to finish.
Review and interpret contract documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of deliverables.
Track subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Manage all related documentation, including change orders, payment applications, and project records.
Address any issues or disputes promptly to keep the project on track.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and cost forecasts.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in subcontract administration, ideally within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of contract terms, construction processes, and project management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
