Aerospace Machine Shop is looking for a Machinist to set up and operate CNC Lathes

Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6 AM to 4:30 AM, OT as needed

We are looking for someone with 5 years of CNC Set Up Experience. Pay Range:
5 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $26-36 / hour
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience in set up, operation of CNC lathe machines
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
- Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or written instructions
- Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
- Monitor quality and workmanship, verification of dimensional requirements to print
- Review set up sheets and stage tooling as required to produce parts conforming to customer blueprint and/or purchase order requirements.

- Support planning, production, and programming to implement and optimize machining set-ups and programs.
- Maintain a clean work environment while running machine(s).
- Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency.
- Making off-sets and other adjustments to programs also required
- Blueprint reading skills and appropriate math skills.
