Description:
The Tire Mold Disassembler is responsible for safely and efficiently disassembling tire molds for maintenance, cleaning, or storage.
1st Shift = 6:00am-2:30pm
Essential Functions
- Disassemble tire molds using appropriate tools and techniques
- Inspect mold components for damage or excessive wear
- Clean parts and prepare them for reassembly or further processing
- Accurately label and organize disassembled parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing-floor setting.
- Climate-controlled workspace.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Regular use of equipment.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- The worker is subject to bodily injury from exposure to heavy-duty equipment.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing space.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching to access different areas of machinery and equipment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic working knowledge of manufacturing principles and quality control methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
