Description:
The Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and optimizing production workflows while coordinating with various departments to achieve efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
8:00am - 4:00pm
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling based on customer deadlines and internal operational needs.
- Communicate updates and schedule changes to management and customers throughout the day.
- Notify supervisors of upcoming work and proactively communicate challenges or delays.
- Update project management platforms such as Monday.com and internal communication monitors.
- A high school Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
- Strong understanding of tooling and inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
