Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
We are seeking to hire a candidate that has the following skills;
- Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
- Commitment to customer service satisfaction
- Previous success in resolving customer service issues
- Flawless interaction with customers to determine service needs
- A high level of professionalism and courteousness
- Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
- Detail orientated
- Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
- Proven track record of achieving goals
