We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Line Coordinator / Crowd Control team member to ensure a smooth and organized experience for our customers. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient flow of foot traffic, managing customer queues, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- Monitor and manage customer lines to ensure an orderly flow and minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with dispensary staff to manage crowd control and ensure safety.
- Assist in identifying and addressing any issues that may arise in the line or waiting area.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of designated areas, including signage and queue barriers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding customer feedback and operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
