Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate a vehicle to meet customers at their home for appointments
- Operate a variety of hand tools, ladders and test equipment
- Responsible for meeting time management goals to meet customers' expectations
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of coax cable, telephone, and data services
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions from summer heat, cold winter, rain, and snow
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Self-disciplined, motivated, organized, and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, weekends, or on emergency call outs as required
This is a entry level position and experience is welcomed but not necessary.
