SUMMARY
Working under direct supervision, the Commissary Administrator/ERP Processor will support the Commissary operations function by conducting administrative duties including managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the Commissary operation, primarily responsible for data entry, inventory management, order processing, reporting, and supporting the smooth functionality of the system to support efficient operations within the commissary facility while maintaining the plant’s written policies and procedures, and coordinating tasks between different departments. Employees in this position may interact with their leader daily to receive guidance and feedback. Most non-routine activities may require their leader’s advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently. Occasional weekend and off-shift work may be required, based on business needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (90%)
- Maintain and update the ERP system with new product/recipe information, including descriptions, price changes, and system updates.
- Implement new features and functionalities within the ERP system and provide training when required.
- Work with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Manage product expiration dates and implement proper rotation practices.
- Verify and adjust documented goods movements and track damaged materials. (dough, rework dough, batches – packaging material, products, etc..)
- Perform data cleansing and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Generate various reports on inventory turnover, usage trends, performance, customer orders, and cost analysis.
- Process customer orders from various sources within the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support to commissary staff.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve consumption errors (COGI’s) daily. Ensure waste is reconciled and allocated correctly each day.
- Complete process orders daily, weekly, and monthly. Verify machine hours and labor hours.
- Allocate material into orders daily and ensure correct invoicing and cost allocation of production processes.
- Update the Production Manager on ERP adjustments, issues, and action items. Schedule and conduct monthly ERP/inventory review meetings with the Commissary Manager and team.
- Ensure Food Safety and Quality System (FSQS) forms and the Food Safety Plan (FSP) forms are reviewed by Production and delivered to the Quality department in a timely manner.
- Identify process improvements, waste, and cost reductions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, ADMINISTRATIVE (10%)
- Coordinates all outbound packages and letters, generates Fed Ex labels.
- Acts as contact person for Screen Cloud, Cintas, Uniforms, any other support vendors for the Commissary as needed.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing industry.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand 1 hour at a time.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Expert ERP knowledge. Must be highly functionality in this area.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet).
- Proficient Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management.
- Working understanding of general manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of Safety Regulations (OSHA, and Food Safety).
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Compensation Target: $22.85- $32.45
