This role focuses on optimizing operations through the use of Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate to drive efficiency and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in documenting workflows, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless business operations. Strong technical expertise in data analytics, automation, and software implementation is crucial, as is the ability to train and support team members on new systems and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business software implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Document, analyze, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Use Microsoft Power Automate to automate manual workflows and improve productivity.
- Create and maintain actionable reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI.
- Monitor systems to identify and resolve operational or technical issues.
- Train team members on new tools and processes, ensuring effective adoption.
- Collaborate across departments to align operational strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- 3 - 10 years of experience in operations management or related roles.

Well versed in Workers' Compensation operations is highly preferred
