The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in law school and lateral hiring with responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense reports, event planning, and other special projects. This is a temporary assignment and will not exceed 12 weeks.

Pay Transparency Range
California, Chicago and New York applicants: The anticipated hourly rate of pay will be $23-$27 per hour. The hourly rate of pay will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the following laws if applicable: City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Law School Recruiting and Lateral Recruiting
- Assist with summer programs and on campus recruiting initiatives
- Schedule attorney interviews and lunches
- Assist with the planning and implementation of training and other programs
- Reserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics for presentations
- Help coordinate and calendar campus and recruiting events
- Greet candidates for summer associate and lateral interviews
- Process student and vendor reimbursements
- Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system (resumes, transcripts, evaluations, letters)
- Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways
- Maintain relevant trackers for active candidates and summer associates
- Draft letters and emails for team
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old
- Completion of bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Highly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Event management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task under pressure and produce results in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work overtime when needed
