Responsibilities:
- Network and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales, etc) - Participate in formal and informal training opportunities. Partnering with team members in your department
- Follow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a "customer service" orientation and ability to escalate issues when appropriate
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns
- Checking in and organizing current and future season samples. This also includes end of season clean up
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks required by supervisors and assigned to you.
- Possess a strong work ethic and multi-task personality
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, highly organized, self-directed, and curious.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Desired Background:
- Must be a full-time undergraduate, preferences are generally given to rising Juniors or Seniors
Experience:
- Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills; meticulous and organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Must be highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range for this position in New York City is $18.00 hourly; base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
