Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join their investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments within the power and renewables sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of private equity investments in power and renewables infrastructure.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
- Manage deal execution, including coordinating with legal, tax, and financial advisors.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance to maximize returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including developers, lenders, and advisors.
- Support fundraising efforts by contributing to investor presentations and market analysis.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Finance with a focus on Power & Renewables investments.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex capital structures.
- Experience leading or supporting the execution of M&A transactions, project financing, and infrastructure investments.
- Deep understanding of the power and renewables sector, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and key industry players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and investors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
