Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience working with Beechcraft King Airs
- Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Maintain a positive attitude toward work and teammates
- Must be able to read and understand technical manuals
- Leadership experience a plus
- Ability to travel if needed
- Ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge
- Basic PC skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate proper use and control of tools
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft according to FAA regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with aircraft systems and components
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines
- Work with team members to streamline workflows
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including servicing engines, brake systems, and avionics
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and computerized systems
- Accurately complete all maintenance records
- Keep a neat and clean work area
- Provide great customer service
- Read maintenance manual, review the layout, select the proper tools and perform repairs of Pratt & Whitney PT-6 and Continental engines
- Be able to bend, squat, sit or stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be an advocate for and proudly represent Kingdom Aviation Services
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed
- Participate in 5-S activities
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Be able to pass pre-employment and random FAA/DOT drug screenings
