We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site (Site Work) Project Manager and Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to effectively communicate project requirements to team members.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Implement OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
- Manage project budgets using software, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in areas such as supervising techniques and construction best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in Site Work/Civil construction management or a related field is essential.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation are required.
- Familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is crucial for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience with pipeline construction or related projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing may be beneficial.
