Site Superintendent/Project Manager (Site Work)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site (Site Work) Project Manager and Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to effectively communicate project requirements to team members.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
• Manage project budgets using software, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in areas such as supervising techniques and construction best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in Site Work/Civil construction management or a related field is essential.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation are required.
• Familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is crucial for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Experience with pipeline construction or related projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing may be beneficial.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
