Job Description: As a Commission-Based Sales/Estimator, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, preparing accurate estimates, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a self-driven individual with a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide detailed and competitive estimates.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with potential clients to assess project requirements and provide detailed estimates.
- Prepare and present accurate, timely, and competitive bids for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure estimates reflect project scope and cost.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to remain competitive in the market.
- Manage sales pipeline and track project progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, estimating, or project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven by commissions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate estimates.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. Competitive commission rates and performance incentives are available.
