Position Overview : The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the commercial facility services sector. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales and relationship management, with a focus on securing new contracts and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the commercial cleaning or facility services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to target potential clients in the commercial facility sector. Utilize cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods to generate leads and set appointments.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in commercial facilities. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing. Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Demonstrate the value of our commercial cleaning services and address any client concerns or objections.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Client Retention : Develop strategies for retaining and upselling existing clients. Address any issues or service concerns promptly to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
