Position Location: South East Georgia Branch Manager

Position Details: Kingfish Pest Control currently operates out of the NE Florida region (Jacksonville) and is looking to expand its reach across the border into Southeast Georgia in the very near future. This position would require an individual to work in both NE Florida and SE Georgia while we build the SE Georgia client base. Eventually, the goal is for the SE Georgia branch manager to work exclusively in Georgia over time. The company would focus its efforts and recourses on expanding sales and opportunities into the SE GA region to promote growth. We also expect this position to assist in growing the branch as well. Over time, we would add employees and trucks that would be under the management of this position. This is an opportunity to build and grow your own branch from the ground floor within a supportive and stable company.

Position Requirments: You MUST be a certified Operator in the State of Georgia under both HPC & WDO. You must also be available to work in both SE Georgia and NE Florida.

Job duties include tasks required to perform all Pest, Mosquito, and Termite treatments up to Kingfish Pest Control and Department of Agriculture standards and requirements.

We expect our Service Professionals to:

• Be able to perform Pest, Mosquito and Termite treatments up to state laws and standards
• Know and follow the State Rules and Regulations governing the Pest Control Industry
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a pest and termite control route
• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each of your client’s locations
• Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers
• Be responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service reports
• Be responsible for maintaining a clean truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain excellent customer relations at all times
• Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Work as a team with the inside and outside staff
• Sell the value of our services and provide effective solutions
• Navigate NE Florida and SE Georgia regional highways and roadways
• Work Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday
• Maintain continued industry training practices
• Be comfortable will tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Work in less than ideal weather conditions such as cold, hot, rain etc..

Other Requirements:

• Hold both a WDO & HPC Certified Operator License
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma (Or equivalent to)
• Pass Drug Test
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Job Type: Full-time

• Note: All Kingfish Employees work fully remotely. Meaning they start their day from home and end their day at home. This allows our employees to maximize their efficiency at work and return home at a respectable time. Employees park their vehicles at home with no additional fee to do so.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
