Our company, a locally owned and operated multi-unit franchisee of Truly Nolen, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager for our Jacksonville, FL office as we continue to capitalize on the opportunity that Truly Nolen offers.
Position Summary
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will assist in managing the overall operations of the branch including the administration, technical and sales departments. You will ensure that staff meet and exceed our standards for excellent customer service. You will coordinate efficiently and cooperatively with all departments to execute yearly business plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Recruit, train, manage, assess performance, and coach staff to meet and exceed customer service, sales, administration, and production requirements for new and existing customers.
· Assist in the Preparation and execution of yearly budgets which include staffing, retention, and revenue generation while maintaining profit margins.
· Perform all related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Expert knowledge of MS Office
· at least 3 years pest control experience
· Florida pest control license(s) or ability to acquire them
· 3 years experience in a supervisory or management position
· Post secondary education preferred
· Strong leadership capacity
· valid drivers license
