Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Assistant for Kinsie Huskins located in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The Assistant will be responsible for managing crm, property searches, and marketing. Tasks will include scheduling appointments, CRM work, client prioerty searches, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The Assistant will also assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including scheduling, organizing documents, and managing correspondence
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
