Mental Health Practice located in Wilmington, NC is looking for a part time admin assistant to join our team. We are flexible with scheduling. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, and MUST be a team player! Together Everyone Achieves More:-)
Responsibilities
- Answering and returning telephone calls
- Daily reminder calls for appointments
- Front desk check in/check out & collecting copays
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Data entry Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and Outlook,
- Google Docs & Google Voice
- Experience working in Medical Office and EHR Systems
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Familiar with basic insurance knowledge
- Other task as needed
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Prior Medical Office Experience
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks
