What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrative Aide position at Kings Bay Y?
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate or Bachelor Degree is preferred
- 1 year of experience in administrative support or office management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR procedures and confidentiality standards (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
