Overview:
King's Christian Preschool is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in various educational settings, including preschool, childcare, and special education.
Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support to students in play based learning
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during activities and playtime
- Assist with meal times and ensure proper hygiene practices are followed
-Change diapers and help with potty training
Experience:
- Must have 12 units of ECE or related field -Prior experience in preschool, childcare, or daycare settings is preferred
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques
- Experience working with toddlers and young children
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
