The Practice Manager provides leadership in planning, guiding, and coordinating practice operations for the KDMC Pediatric Adolescent Clinic. The primary responsibilities of this position are overseeing daily operations and financial responsibilities of clinic, supervision of all practice staff, managing and coordinating the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to customer service. Maintains focus on service and operational excellence. The job purpose revolves and acts out KDMC mission, vision, and value statements.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years clinic management preferred.
- Five (5) years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills.
- Demonstrate ability to manage general office responsibilities, communicates well with public, business, and/or professional associates.
