Responsibilities
As a seasonal Line Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly work environment, including preparation areas, serving lines, and equipment
- Ensuring accurate temperature controls for quality and safety
- Fulfilling orders efficiently and in compliance with proper food portions
- Demonstrating proficiency in operational tasks, service/production flow, equipment cleaning and usage, and menu items
