Member Service Representative
Primary Function:
Provides excellent and quality member service. Conducts financial transactions between members and Credit Union, handle routine member inquires and problems as well maintain favorable member and employee relations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, members and potential members.
· Comply with all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
· Receive and process account transactions.
· Verify and balance assigned cash drawer daily, purchase money from cash dispensers and sell excess currency to vault as needed.
· Issue official checks
· Place proper hold on checks as needed.
· Assist members with transaction history, regarding Direct Deposits, checks written, non-sufficient funds checks, ACH withdrawals, ATM/Debit Cards transactions.
· Prepare necessary forms for proper completion of Bank Secrecy Act requirements, (CTR’s). Includes obtaining appropriate documentation from member.
· Have ability to identify member’s financial service needs and cross-sell products to meet those needs.
· Exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative regarding transaction problems and inquires.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year related experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
