Site Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of plans.
• Utilize project scheduling tools such as Google work space and Excell for effective planning and tracking of project timelines.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and contracts.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Implement OSHA regulations on site to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations related to building projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings effectively.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $73,351.00 - $85,000.00 per year
