What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Coordinator position at Kings Harbor Multicare Center?

Must have 4 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Experience with SmartLinx 6 and Viventium is a plus!
§ Maintain individual employee records for holiday, vacation, sick time, etc. on a current basis.
§ Responsible for data entering of all necessary payroll information into the Time & Attendance and Payroll Systems.
§ Prepare all assigned reports and tax deposits associated with the payroll information.
§ Responsible for processing and distributing all payroll checks.
§ Satisfy employee requests for various information (preparation of forms, etc).
§ Respond to Department Heads requesting specific information regarding departmental activities.
§ Ensure punch detail reports are corrected and signed by the appropriate administrative staff member.
