What You’ll Do
- Accountable for IT operations.
- Lead the planning, evaluation, and execution of technology solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Work with Cybersecurity leadership to Identify and remediate security risks.
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements for IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Budgeting accountability and fiscal discipline and ability to forecast and prove out ROI of IT investments.
- Manage company help desk.
- Lead team efforts to complete projects on time and in budget.
- Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations, data loss, security incident, or maintenance.
- Set system performance standards as KPIs and reports against the same.
- Work with Cybersecurity leadership to oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Participate with Cybersecurity to perform IT security audits or investigations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Manage software licensing, reporting, and audit processes.
- Manage asset tracking of IT administrated equipment.
- Build, document, and exercise procedures and processes to build acumen and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Lead the change management process for IT across the enterprise from entry level to C-Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems.
- Call Center, Unified Communications, and SIP telephony experience.
- Regulatory and Compliance experience in NIST frameworks, SOC2, HIPAA.
- Proficient in configuration and administration of MS365.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, plans, issues, solutions with clarity to all levels of the organization.
- Proven and verifiable track record in:
- Leading and developing staff to increase value of their contributions, increase competency, speed implementations, and be excellent resources.
- Building, maintaining, testing, and refining contemporary IT systems, networks, communications infrastructures in a highly resilient 24x7x365 environment.
- Designing and executing IT roadmaps that align with business objectives, leveraging technology to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure long-term scalability.
