The Role : QA Specialist
Who You Are :
You are an experienced, skilled QA Automation Specialist who can design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of our software applications. You have experience with automation tools; familiarity with AccelQ is a plus. Additionally, you will assist in handling field support calls, providing technical assistance to our clients.

What You'll Do :
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to verify software fixes and enhancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported from the field, providing timely support to clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
