SUMMARY

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Support in our Plano, Texas office.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Review and implement client-requested revisions in Agency reports under the direction of the project manager 

• Collaborate with project managers and assessors to understand revision requirements. 

• Analyze and interpret complex data to make accurate revisions. 

• Ensure all updates comply with regulatory standards and guidelines. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, environmental sciences, English, Liberal Arts, or related field 

• Knowledge of Agency (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) documents and regulations as it relates to the commercial real estate industry, preferred 

• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, preferred 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

Skills and Abilities 

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (internal & external). 

• Ability to work on projects concurrently. 

• Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time. 

• Exceptional writing and editing skills. 

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team. 

Additional Information 

This position’s work mode is in-office  (Monday-Friday)

Relocation does not apply to this position. 

Compensation 

Pay Range is $24 to $28.75. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. 

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.  

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
