JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Support Training Specialist will be responsible for providing technical training and oversight in the areas of ATM diagnose/repair to our internal engineers. The Training Specialist will also provide service support to various personnel within the company. They will oversee and schedule formal classroom training to field engineers for company initiatives. They will also oversee the Senior Field Service Engineer 2 platform including managing daily workload and results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support other departments within the company for training and chronic machine issues.
- Create, schedule, and structure formal virtual classroom training for our field engineers.
- Create, schedule, and structure regional training classes as needed.
- Develop or modify course curriculum for new company initiatives.
- Works with training department on implementation of new training initiatives.
- Administer all paperwork associated with issuing and tracking training certifications.
- Oversee and schedule Senior Field Engineer 2 workload and track results.
- Track and report on training results, and chronic results.
- Identify training opportunities based on root cause analysis.
- Work with leadership on field training platforms.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree in Electronics a plus, not required. High School diploma/GED certificate required.
- Minimum of 1 year of training experience preferred
- Prior ATM experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC-based programs.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of electronic theory.
- Problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
- Oral and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
