Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales for our pressure washing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Client Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct in-person meetings, present services, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (service industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits:
