Role Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This is an evening shift position, with working hours between 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the production sites and the sales team, playing a critical role in ensuring quality standards, providing accurate updates, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. This position will gather information from the field and production sites to share with the sales team and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage and maintain customer specification sheets.
• Provide detailed updates on packhouse fruit quality to the sales team and ownership.
• Perform detailed inspections of packed product.
• Coordinate potential flex options based on individual customer requirements.
• Gather and share quality-related information from the field with the sales team.
• Work with the packinghouse to organize sample cartons for the sales team.
• Coordinate import quality control program with each packinghouse.
• Track and report any quality issues with pallets.
• Work closely with the export manager to ensure export protocols are met.
• Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
