We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Deland, FL office!
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it always remains tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Facilitate outbound mail, including sending tracking information to appropriate parties and managing the postage program.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Education/Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role (min 2 years)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent- AA degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
