What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Kingston Cleaners?
Pier Cleaners is looking for a team member to help support the team by transporting garments and other items to and from our stores, commercial accounts, and residential accounts (when needed).
Our Delivery Drivers have the opportunity to interact with team members throughout all our locations and with many of our clients on a day-to-day basis. Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and attention to detail are valued qualities for this team member.
To be considered:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Safe driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & step into and out of van multiple times per day
- Available to work flexible hours including availability on Saturdays
- Prompt, punctual, and timely
All deliveries will be completed in a Pier Cleaners branded company van and Pier Cleaners branded logo apparel.
Starting pay for this position is $17 per hour. Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401(k) plan, and option to participate in independent health policy.
