Kingz Kimonos ( www.kingz.com ) is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uniforms and apparel business.

Our mission is to provide customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices, supported by superior customer service.

We are currently seeking a Sales & Account Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with associations, affiliates, and retail partners while driving sales and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and CRM platforms, specifically Shopify and HubSpot.

Schedule : 40 hr weeks, Monday to Friday 8 : 45am-5 : 15pm

Hourly Wage : $25 per hour, plus commission structure

Job Description :

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with associations, affiliates, and retail partners while driving sales and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and CRM platforms, specifically Shopify and HubSpot .

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Jiu-Jitsu academies, associations, and affiliate partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase brand partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize Shopify to manage product listings, process orders, and analyze sales trends.
  • Leverage HubSpot to track leads, manage client relationships, and optimize sales performance.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, tournaments, and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand initiatives.
  • Provide reports and insights on sales performance and market trends.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management , preferably in the apparel or sports industry.
  • Experience with Shopify and HubSpot is required.
  • Strong understanding of Jiu-Jitsu culture and community is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.
