As a key member of our estimating department, you will assist in preparing cost estimates for civil projects ranging from $250K to $50M. Job Title: Junior Estimator
Location: Lehi, UT
Pay: $60,000 - $85,000/annually *Dependent on job stability and years of experience demonstrated on resume*
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil projects
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and the estimating team
- Develop proficiency with bidding software (HCSS Heavy Bid)
- Collaborate with experienced estimators and project managers
- Gain knowledge and experience in site utilities and earthwork
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of estimating experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus
- Relevant experience in civil estimating is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of estimating and construction
