Kinsa is recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager
Location : Beloit, WI (100% onsite, with relocation assistance)
Our client is a pioneer of aseptic fruit production. The company still abides by the values it was found on quality, value, innovation and service. As they expand, they are looking to add a Manufacturing Manager to their new plant in Beloit, WI. You will assist with planning and oversight of a new production room and line installation, as well as other key building improvements. Once building improvements and production line fabrication and installation are complete, you will assist in hiring for the new operation and then likely become Plant Manager. In this critical role, you will ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Must be knowledgeable in Aseptic food processing. Excellent leadership skills. Bilingual preferred.
