Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the selection and implementation of a new ERP system that aligns with finance, operations, and sales.
- Oversee integrations across CRM, HR, financial platforms, and customer/vendor portals.
- Maximize the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics GP and ensure ERP systems are optimized, secure, and fully utilized.
- Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to fuel digital transformation and scalability.
- Bring emerging technologies like AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions into our ecosystem.
- Enhance analytics and data strategy to support smart decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Guide daily IT activities, manage infrastructure, and ensure smooth systems performance.
- Enforce IT standards, ensure cybersecurity, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Manage the IT budget, procurement, vendor contracts, and system performance metrics.
Preferred Experience:
- 10 years of IT experience, with proven leadership in ERP implementations and tech strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and more.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and tools like Key2Act, Nodus, eOne, ProfAd, and Microsoft CRM preferred.
- Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budgeting skills.
