- Training & supervision of employees

- Loan application review & approvals
- Loan closing & payment processing
- Contacting & developing solutions with past due customers
- Marketing & Solicitation
- General administrative duties & reporting
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience managing and training others.
- Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
- Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
- Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
